Cash On Delivery option is not available due to the current pandemic situation.
No, it is our responsibility to deliver the item to the customer’s doorstep regardless of the floor position in the flats/villa, and we will not charge any additional fees beyond the amount stated in the bill.
Yes, Green Fish Online can set up unique price and delivery arrangements for bulk orders. Please call us on our call center number +91-8086871402 for special pricing on bulk orders.
Currently we are operating with two delivery slots :-
- Morning 9 am – 12 pm
- Evening 3 pm – 6 pm
The convenience fee is merely a charge for using the online and card payment options. The convenience fee is set by the payment gateway used to offset the costs of supporting the secure payment transactions. On all online orders, a convenience fee of 2% of the total amount + 3 per transaction excluding GST will be applied .
